I began teaching at the end of 2020 and have since worked with students ages 3–18 in a variety of studio and educational settings. I taught tumbling and ballet at Legacy Dance Factory in Shelbyville, KY, until graduating high school in 2021. Upon starting college, I became a teaching assistant for Northern Kentucky University's MainStage Musical Theatre Prep program, where I supported productions of Guys and Dolls Jr. and two holiday shows. Most recently, I had the opportunity to become a teaching artist through Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's Teaching Artist Fellowship program. I am currently touring as an actor/director with Missoula Children’s Theatre’s Red Truck Tour, where I direct and perform in weeklong residencies across the Midwest, guiding young performers through auditions, rehearsals, and performances.
I began assistant stage managing during my sophomore year of college. My first experiences included assistant stage managing Snow White and the Dancing Dwarfs and Sleeping Beauty: Rise and Shine, both directed by Ken Jones. In my junior year, I expanded my experience by assistant stage managing The Play That Goes Wrong, a extremely technical show, also directed by Ken Jones.
I began stage managing summer of 2024. I got the opportunity to stage manage The Spongebob Musical done by Moss Performing arts at The Carniege in Covington, Kentucky. I have not had many opportunities to stage manage, but it is something that I love.
My first experience being a dramaturg will be this February at Northern Kentucky University for Henry V. For Henry V I am in charge of helping the cast and crew better understand the script and creating a lobby exhibit for the audience to have background before seeing the show.
I began house managing in 2023. I got hired by Northern Kentucky Universities School of the Arts box office and have worked for multiple theatre and music events since then. I recently was the house manager for Yuletide Celebration Home for the Holidays by Cincinnati Sound Chorus at The Carniege in Covington, Kentucky.
